1.  Send an e-mail message to majordomo@list.vanderbilt.edu

2.  Leave the subject line blank

3.  In the body of the e-mail, put one line: SUBSCRIBE REACH

Once you are subscribed, you can send a message to every subscriber by using REACH@list.vanderbilt.edu

To unsubscribe from the list:
